delivery

Mondays

4:30 pm

I charge a flat rate of £50 per item for delivery anywhere within England, Wales & Scotland - please contact me for a quote for any further.

This quote is for a one man courier service so please ensure that you have assistance when accepting delivery to unload & get the item into place. Any items that need going upstairs please inform us prior. I can arrange a two man service which would be around £85 if needed.

Delivery usually takes around 1-2 weeks after purchase while the couriers arrange their routes. Any delays we will try to let you know ASAP.

You will get a delivery date a few days after purchase and a more precise time slot 1-3 days prior to delivery and a courtesy call when the driver is on route.

I source independent couriers therefore I cannot be held responsible in the rare instance of any cancelled deliveries/delays in delivery. You are welcome to hire your own courier to collect the item yourself.

All items are bubble wrapped by myself prior to collection and strapped well into the vans during transport.

aftercare

Tuesdays

10:00 am

Each piece sent out gets thoroughly cleaned, sanded, primed, painted + varnished using professional products and equipment. We make our pieces as durable as we can to resist little fingerprint and general day to day life in busy houses, however they are painted items and not indestructible therefore we advise the following:

  •  to be careful when handling and to always use coasters for drinks

  • clean with mild soap and a damp cloth and not to use any polish

  • be mindful if placing in direct sunlight as this can cause fading

  • be cautious with perfumed diffusers and alcohol as this can dissolve the paint

Every item comes with an aftercare kit including the paint + varnish used, a brush and advice.

I mainly use Fusion Mineral Paint which takes 28 days to cure fully; in this time please be cautious and handle very carefully.

antique & vintage

Saturdays

11:30 am

We hand select the prettiest vintage finds, sourcing them from as far as France and the rest of the UK before shipping them to us for their transformation.

We are extremely selective in this process and will only choose to work on pieces that don't need major repairs and are already in excellent condition to ensure we provide the best pieces!

In the case that there is an antique piece too good to pass on, we will always photograph these knocks and bumps as best as possible, but if you have any queries please contact us.

The interior of these pieces all get cleaned and either waxed or oiled to make them shine again! I recommend using tumble drier sheets in the drawers/cupboards to keep them smelling fresh for longer.

returns

Saturdays

11:30 am

We hope that you love your piece as much as we do, but in the case that it wasn't what you were looking for, you can return your item in its original condition within 14 days at your own expense of returning.

We do advise to double check measurements before purchasing, along with checking door sizes and ceiling heights to ensure that they fit - some of these pieces are a lot bigger in person than they look!
