We take great care to ensure every piece arrives safely. All items are professionally wrapped, securely packaged, and delivered by our trusted courier partners.
Once your order has been collected, you'll receive a notification from the courier with a proposed delivery date and time slot. Simply confirm the slot if it suits you.
If the suggested delivery time isn't convenient, you can decline it and request an alternative date or time that works better for you.
Our aim is to make the delivery process as smooth and hassle-free as possible, ensuring your new piece arrives safely and at a time that suits you.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Whilst we take every care to ensure your piece arrives in perfect condition, we understand that, on rare occasions, damage can occur during transit. If your item arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible with photographs of the damage, and we will arrange a full refund.
If you decide that your piece isn't quite right for your home, you may return it within 7 days of delivery. We simply ask that the item is carefully wrapped in suitable protective packaging, after which we will arrange collection on your behalf.
For returns where the item is no longer wanted, the customer is responsible for both the original delivery charge and the collection cost. These charges may differ from the delivery fee paid at checkout, as they reflect the actual cost incurred by us to deliver and collect your item.
Once the piece has been returned to us and inspected to confirm it is in the same condition in which it was delivered, we will issue a full refund, less the original delivery and collection costs incurred.
